Shipping
We ship worldwide with tracking and Lithium Battery container as per International regulations for products containing batteries. Processing time is usually 1 to 2 business days and does not include weekends.
We ship with DHL Express.

Customs & Clearance
All orders shipped to Europe and the United States will be subject to customs clearance and may incur duties or taxes payable by the customer.
We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by the destination country. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for orders once they have been placed, and we do not accept returns under any circumstances. We are not responsible for shipments delayed, held, returned, or seized by customs authorities in the destination country or any country of transit. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that international shipments may be subject to inspection, duties, taxes, or seizure by customs officials, and that these actions are outside our control once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to know and comply with the import laws, restrictions, and regulations of their country before placing an order. We do not issue refunds, replacements, or exchanges for orders that are confiscated, destroyed, returned to sender, or otherwise not delivered due to customs action. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Proof of shipment to the carrier constitutes fulfillment of our delivery obligation. By completing checkout, the customer agrees to this policy as a condition of sale.We will send an invoice with your package, this is needed for customs clearance in your country. Customers are fully responsible for any related customs, taxes and clearance fees. We are not responsible for any package held at customs of the buyer country. We do not offer and refund in the case when the package is held at the customs of the destination country.
In the case where we agree on a partial refund, all shipping charges are deducted from the amount to be refunded including fees for returned package.
Warranty
We offer 6 months limited warranty on all our products.
Due to the nature of our products, all devices should be thoroughly cleaned on regular basis to avoid issues with the heating blades and all parts of the device.
Warranty doesn’t cover devices with apparent damage caused by the buyer like liquids, drops or broken parts. In the case where warranty applies, we may fix or replace broken parts and shipping is paid by the customer for both sending and receiving the device.
Only in the case of DOA (dead on arrival), we will ship a new device to our customers once we receive the defective product.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns unless the product is sealed and in original sealed packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refund
We do not offer any refund on used products. In the case where refund is accepted by us, shipping fees are deducted from the total amount paid by our customers.
